 SHIPPING POLICY DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL

Processing + delivery is 7-15 days🚛. Processing is 2-7 business days THEN  the order is shipped, delivery takes 7-8 days. 

Products that are labeled *Pre Order* take 2-3 weeks to be delivered (10-20 days). 

Weekends/Holidays are not business days. This policy is also stated in your shopping cart + at checkout.

REFUNDS + RETURNS

No Refunds all sales are final. We do offer exchanges or store credit. Please note delays with shipping providers are out of our control and you will not be refunded due to delays. We offer free returns in the U.S only if the item is damaged or not what your ordered. You must ship the item you would like to return back to us, and pay for the shipping. 

COVID-19 + the high amount of packages being transferred through shipping providers (UPS, USPS, ETC) network can cause delays so please be patient as you wait on your purchase from us due to this we are not offering exchanges until further notice because of delays.

Please choose carefully before purchasing a product as "Item not as I expected" "Color not what I expected" “ “Don’t like material” will not be acceptable reasons for a return nor refund. 

 

 INCORRECT ADDRESS?

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are shipped because they are in USPS or UPS hands, please contact them if there is a problem with the delivery. If you order, and put in the wrong address we are not liable; if the package is shipped back to us we will ship it back to you, but you are to pay for shipping again. If this happens you can not cancel the order nor get a refund because you put in the incorrect address. The package will be held for 20 days for you to pay for reshipment. We will let you know the shipping cost. Kala Kouture is not responsible if they (USPS, Fedex, UPS,ETC)  lose or misplace your package.
