UNITED STATES SHIPPING POLICY
Processing takes 1-5 business days, BUT FOR some purchases it will process for 1-8 business days PROCESSING STARTS ONE DAY AFTER PURCHASE, processing days are not the same as shipping days. please understand covid-19 has slowed down many parcels but do not worry we will keep you updated and get back to you about your order + if your order experiences any delays!
Shipping takes 2-4 business days, depending on we’re your located in the USA, and if you order priority or first class mail.

PROCESSING TIMES ORDERS THAT ARE LABEL ** PRE ORDER** WILL TAKE 10-20 BUSINESS DAYS, & SHIPPING WILL TAKE 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. For regular orders processing takes 1-7 business days THEN it is shipped out. PROCESSING STARTS AFTER ONE BUSINESS DAY. Shipping provider is through USPS & UPS for international and domestic orders (whichever one you choose at checkout). Once your package is shipped it will take 3-4 days to get to you, unless USPS is delayed because of weather, or governmental reasons.
No clothing is put into plastic because of our sustainability reasons. We are a fast fashion company that is working towards sustainability. No plastic packaging is used to ship out our clothing starting Jan. 2020.
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are shipped because they are in USPS hands, please contact them if there is a problem with the delivery. If you order, and put in the wrong address we are not liable; if the package is shipped back to us we will ship it back to you, but you are to pay for shipping again because a new tracking number/label will have to be created.If this happens you can not cancel the order nor get a refund because you put in the incorrect address, the package will be held for 20 days for you to pay for reshipment. The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout. Please contact your local post office for more information regarding your package; Kala Kouture is not responsible if they (USPS, Fedex, UPS,ETC) lose or misplace your package. PROCESSING & Delivery time does NOT include WEEKENDS or Holidays. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you as soon as the item is shipped.

Pre-Order means shipping takes up to 2-3 weeks because of the manufacturer. This means you will receive your order in three weeks or less. If you have any other questions about this, feel free to contact us about it before placing your order. A Tracking number will be sent to your email when the item is shipped.
No Refunds, only store credit or exchanges. *ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO EXCEPTIONS* If you have any questions feel free to contact us. We offer free returns in the U.S only if the item is damaged or not what your ordered. if you would like to size up or down that is fine >> We will pay for new shipping for the new item to be shipped to you, and you must ship the item you would like to return back to us, and pay for the shipping. If the items you received is not what you order, incorrect size, or damaged we will send you a return label and get the correct product shipped out to you after we receive the returned item in the mail. We only offer store credit or an exchange for the correct size and/or a different item that is the same value of your purchase.
IF THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED WITH THE MANUFACTURER WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE YOU A REFUND! NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED WITH THE MANUFACTURER.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, it must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery, email us at email@example.com. Exchange of a damaged item will only be allowed for any other product that is the same price or the exact same item in the same size.
Returns must reach us within 7 business days after the exchange has been authorized. If merchandise reaches us after 7 business days original package will be returned back to customer without exchange. If duplicated item is not available, exchange must be for equal value of original purchase of item. If you buy an item and the size does not fit we can exchange that item with you for the right size, but first we have to receive the item your exchanging, then we will ship out your correct size. We will advise you on how to send damaged item back to us. Please choose carefully before purchasing a product as "Item not as I expected" "Color not what i expected" “Doesn’t fit how I would like” “Don’t like material” are not acceptable reasons for returns nor a refund.
