Shipping/Returns/Refunds Policies

UNITED STATES SHIPPING POLICY

Processing is 2-5 business days, for some purchases it may process for 3-8 business days due to unexpected delays because of COVID-19 + high due to demand.  Processing starts 12-24 hours after purchase. THERE HAS BEEN A DELAY FOR SOME ORDERS DUE TO CUSTOMS SHIPMENT HOLDS + COVID19, all packages will be delivered quickly before/ on April 29th will be delivered between May 6th-May 10th QT's.

Processing time is not the same as shipment time

Shipping takes 2-4 business days, depending on we’re your located in the USA, and if you order priority (2-3) or first class mail(2-4).

We are closed on Saturdays, emails + text are answered the next business day.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Shipments that are outside of the United States processing and shipping time will take up to 7 through 20 days depending on where your located and it could be longer so please be patient. Any questions about your order please email us or contact your local post office and give them your tracking number, once the order is shipped we are not liable if USPS INT or UPS, FEDEX, DHL ETC loses it or if it is sent back to us due to you not picking it up or putting the incorrect address. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are placed. If you order, and put in the wrong address we are not liable; if the package is shipped back to us we will ship it back to you, but you are to pay for shipping again because a new tracking number/label will have to be created. Please contact your local post office for more information regarding your package. There are delays in certain areas due to COVID-19 safety measures.
 

PRE ORDER ITEMS

ORDERS THAT ARE LABEL ** PRE ORDER** WILL TAKE 10-20 BUSINESS DAYS.

nothing is shipped in plastic because of our sustainability reasons. We are a fast fashion company that is trying to pursue sustainability with the way our items are shipped. :)

 INCORRECT ADDRESS?

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are shipped because they are in USPS hands, please contact them if there is a problem with the delivery. If you order, and put in the wrong address we are not liable; if the package is shipped back to us we will ship it back to you, but you are to pay for shipping again. If this happens you can not cancel the order nor get a refund because you put in the incorrect address, the package will be held for 20 days for you to pay for reshipment. We will let you know the shipping cost. Kala Kouture is not responsible if they (USPS, Fedex, UPS,ETC)  lose or misplace your package. Processing time does NOT include WEEKENDS or Holidays. Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as the item is shipped. 

 

REFUNDS/ EASY RETURNS/ EASY EXCHANGES

No Refunds, only store credit or exchanges. If you have any questions feel free to contact us. We offer free returns in the U.S only if the item is damaged or not what your ordered. if you would like to size up or down that is fine >> We will pay for new shipping for the new item to be shipped to you, and you must ship the item you would like to return back to us, and pay for the shipping. If the items you received are not what you order, incorrect size, or damaged we will send you a return label and get the correct product shipped out to you after we receive the returned item in the mail. Returns must reach us within 7 business days after the exchange has been authorized. If merchandise reaches us after 7 business days original package will be returned back to customer without exchange. If duplicated item is not available, exchange must be for equal value of original purchase of item. 

 Once orders start processing, it can not be refunded. 

Please choose carefully before purchasing a product as "Item not as I expected" "Color not what I expected" “ “Don’t like material” are not acceptable reasons for return nor refund.
