DROP PRE-ORDERS ARE LIMITED

Our pre-order windows may only be open for a limited amount of time.

Once a drop closes, certain styles, colors, or sizes may not be available again.

If you see something you love, we recommend ordering during the drop rather than waiting for a restock. We cannot guarantee that every sold-out pre-order style will return.

WHY DO SOME KALA KOUTURE ITEMS TAKE 2–3 WEEKS?

We're building Kala Kouture around limited-edition drops, not mass-produced inventory.

Many of our collections are ordered based on customer demand so we can continue bringing you unique styles without keeping huge quantities of every color and size sitting in inventory.

This means:
